RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FOAR 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:

At FOAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review the following guidelines for our return and exchange policy:
 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
 

  1. Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are not in their original condition.

  2. Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

    • Items marked as final sale.

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
       

Return Process:
 

  1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization (RA) number. You can reach us at [insert contact information].

  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if possible.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.

  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
     

Exchange Process:
 

  1. Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as outlined for returns and indicate that you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, if available.

  2. Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item(s) instead.

  3. Additional Charges: If the new item(s) cost more than the original item(s), you will be responsible for any price difference. If the new item(s) cost less, we will refund the difference to the original form of payment.
